NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lake Wales is accepting sealed proposals for:

Purchase of five (5) CRA-owned properties in the Lake Wales Commerce & Technology Park (commonly known as Longleaf Business Park)

Bids will be accepted until January 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the Purchasing Department at the Municipal Administration Building located at 201 Central Ave. W., Lake Wales, Florida, 33853.

An original, four (4) copies and (1) original copy on flash drive of all proposals, including all executed documents and needed attachments, shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with the label from page 2 affixed, and delivered prior to the deadline, January 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

Intent

The City of Lake Wales Community Development Agency (CRA) is seeking a proposals to purchase and redevelop five (5) vacant parcels or any combination thereof in the Longleaf Business Park.

Responding to the Request for Proposal

All persons and firms wishing to submit proposals must obtain a complete copy of the Request for Proposal and submit all required forms as outlined in the solicitation document with their response.
