Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) invites prospective proponents to provide submissions for the construction of a residential group home located at 300 Bemister Avenue East in Melfort SK as further described in the attached documents.
The Scope of the project includes the general construction of a new 1-storey semi-detached 5,257 sq ft, 5 bedrooms per side (total 10 bedrooms) Group C – Residential Alternative Family Care Home with full height basement and associated site works. Refer to drawings and Project Manual Specifications for full extent of the work.
Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached documents, noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
