1) SCOPE : In accordance with theprovisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter §2269 Subchapter D, CompetitiveSealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the TexasFacilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for TFC State SurplusStore Electrical Modifications, Project 24-055-4201, located at 6506 Bolm Roadin Austin, TX. The project scope consists of demolishing existing low voltagepanels in the building and replacing them with new panels as shown on plans.The distribution feeders from the main distribution panel to the low voltagepanels will be removed and replaced with new in existing conduit. All workassociated with the demolition and installation of the panels will fall underthe scope of the Contractor. Installation of a new main switchboard with connectionsfor the existing solar panels will need to be installed by the Contractor. TheContractor must coordinate with The Utility Company on any shutdowns andreconnection of the existing solar equipment. The Contractor must also coordinatethe shutdown with the Owner. A manual transfer switch with an integrateddocking station is to be installed by the Contractor.

2) ESTIMATED BUDGET : The estimatedconstruction budget for the services described in the Request for Proposal(RFP) is Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00).

3) CONTRACT TERM : Construction isrequired to commence at 6:00PM on 08/22/2025 through 6PM 08/31/2025 forshutdown and installation.

1) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS : TFCreserves the right to change the dates shown below upon written notification.

2) MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCES : Mandatorypre-submittal conferences will be held on Friday, April 11 ^th , 2025,at 1:00 PM and Monday, April 14 ^th , 2025, at 1:00 PM. The conferenceswill be held at 6506 Bolm Road in Austin, TX. Meet at the front of the Store. Respondents must have an employee of theirfirm attend at least one (1) of the two (2) pre-submittal conferences. TFCshall reject qualifications submitted by firms that did not attend one of themandatory pre-submittal conferences.

3) SITE VISIT : Willimmediately follow the Proposal Conferences.
