Project Description: The Borough of Milford is soliciting bids for the removal of an existing exposed-fastener metal roof and the installation of a new, solar-ready standing seam metal roof system on the Department of Public Works (DPW) garage structure. The Garage is located on W Peach Alley between Gooseberry Alley and Fifth Street.
If unable to meet the warranty specifications outlined in the RFP, please submit your bids with the best warranty you are able to provide.
