Request for Proposals DEP Application Preparation and Program Administration The Shelton Housing Authority (SHA) requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals for professional and technical services required to prepare a DEP Funding Application for Shelton Housing authority. Services are to include providing administrative and technical support to implement activities including program income during the contract period if grant is approved.
