The Town of North Reading invites proposals from qualified property owners and lessors for the lease of privately owned real property to be used as the Town Senior Center.

This procurement is conducted pursuant to MGL c 30B. Proposals will be evaluated to determine the most advantageous proposal, considering price and non-price factors.
