Project Description: The Ellwood City Area School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive security alarm and fire alarm monitoring, testing, and maintenance services across multiple district facilities. The selected vendor will replace or consolidate existing services to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and district property.
Proposal documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. All proposals must be electronically submitted to the Ellwood City Area School District via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ by by 12:00PM Local Time on March 24, 2026.
