The City of Merced (City), Engineering Department, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct right of way services for the Highway 59 Phase 1 Widening and Highway 59 Bridge Widening over Black Rascal Creek Project. The selected consultant shall perform the tasks specified in the “Scope of Work” section of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
