Project Description: Agency‑Delivered Home Management – Project Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking Proposals for Agency‑Delivered Home Management to support families with children at risk of maltreatment or child welfare involvement. This Bonfire project is exclusively for proposers intending to deliver Agency‑Delivered Home Management services under the Family Preservation Service array.
Proposers must upload their Agency‑Delivered Home Management proposal to this specific Bonfire project. Submissions for the Agency-Delivered Home Management uploaded to any other Family Preservation project (Case Management, Kin‑Delivered Home Management, or Parenting Skills) will be disqualified.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via DHS’s Bonfire Portal. Please refer to the RFP for full requirements.
