RFP for Professional Services Related to Lift Station No 52 Condition Assessment

The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota is soliciting Request for Proposals from interested consultants for professional services related to a Condition Assessment of Wastewater Lift Station No. 52. The assessment shall include existing structure and equipment, with replacement/ repair cost estimates, as well as a project schedule for the assessment.

Submit any questions in writing to the Tim Hewett , Infrastructure Services Manager, by October 17, 2025. A written response will be provided to all interested firms by 4:00 PM (CST) on October 20, 2025. Contact Tim Hewett to schedule any site visits or with questions regarding this Request for Proposal.

Three (3) copies of Proposal will be accepted until October 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM (CST) and are to be submitted to: Mrs. Emma Larson, Assistant Public Utilities Director, 525 - 60th Street South, St. Cloud, MN 56301

The cost of service proposal will be used with all other elements of the submittal for making a recommendation. The cost proposal will not be considered a bid; it will be the starting point for negotiating a contract for this work.
