The City of Pascagoula, Mississippi is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for the Pascagoula City Hall Improvements Project. This project is funded wholly or in part with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations shall apply. The purpose of this project is to improve, remodel and expand the existing City Hall building located at 603 Watts Avenue, to provide a more efficient use of space to allow for the consolidation of city services. Engineering services include providing design services, preparing cost estimates and project schedules, overseeing bid process, contractor selection, and construction administration and oversight.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 25, 2025 addressed to the following:
