RFP FOR PROCUREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THROUGH FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS

In accordance with New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq., Township of Warren, Somerset County, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process.   The Township will require the following services for the upcoming calendar year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026:

PLANNING BOARD ATTORNEY

AUDITING SERVICES

PLANNER SERVICES FOR TOWNSHIP & LAND USE BOARDS

ENGINEERING SERVICES

MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR

MUNICPAL PUBLIC DEFENDER

BOND COUNSEL

SURVEYER SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of  Warren, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, in the Purchasing Department at 46 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey, 07059 by no later than 3:00 pm on November 25, 2025.

The proposal to be submitted must be enclosed in a SEALED ENVELOPE, properly endorsed with the name of the bidder, with the designation "TOWNSHIP OF WARREN, SEALED PROPOSAL, (NAME OF BID) " by no later than 3:00 pm on November 25, 2025. All contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4., Fair and Open Process will be awarded by resolution at a public meeting. Firms awarded contracts will be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-4 (Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et. seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990), N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Disclosure of Ownership) and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration).
