RFP for Prime Consultant for Civil Engineering & Landscape Architectural Services, Bryant Place PA

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of consultant services for civil engineering and landscape architectural services for Bryant Place in Prince Albert SK as further described in the attached documents.

SHC is inviting proposals from proponents to provide civil engineering and landscaping architecture consulting services and construction contract administration services to complete landscaping and infrastructure work at Bryant Place, comprised of 63 townhouses and 24 garden apartment-style units over 13 buildings located at 51 28th Street West in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

There will be a pre-bid site visit on September 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. All interested proponents to meet at the East parking lot at Bryant Place. James Paproski from Living Skies Housing Authority will be in attendance. If you cannot attend the scheduled site meeting, contact James by phone or email to schedule an alternate time to view the site. A visit to the site is mandatory to submitting a proposal.
