Proposal
The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota is soliciting
Request for Proposals
from qualified vendors for Polychem chain and flight component replacement equipment (Phase 1) and installation (Phase 2) for an existing Primary Clarifier #4. Bidding parties have the option to bid either Phase 1, Phase 2 or both phases.
