RFP for PRCA Stock Contractor

The Board of Cascade County Commissioners is soliciting proposals for a PRCA Stock Contractor for Cascade County’s 2025 Big Sky Pro Rodeo, which is an annual event at the Montana State Fair. Cascade County anticipates entering into a three-year contract with the option to renew it for an additional two years.

The County will compile all questions timely submitted and provide a written response thereto by email on or before 5:00pm (MST) April 3, 2025, to all Offerors. The County’s response will be by written addendum to the email address provided to County as directed above. Any other form of interpretation, correction, or change to this RFP will not be binding on the County. Offerors shall sign and return with their RFP response an Acknowledgment of Addendum for any addendum issued.

Sealed proposal must be received in the Cascade County Commission Office at 325 2nd Ave. North, Room 111 by 5:00pm (MST ) on April 7, 2025. The outside of the sealed envelope shall be clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR PRCA STOCK CONTRACTOR”. Neither electronic nor facsimile copies of proposals will be accepted.
