Description:

The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the 2026 and 2027 Pavement Restoration Projects. This is a multi-year program, with three anticipated bid packages/documents. The City intends to hire one consultant team for all three projects. Project scopes include resurfacing of 240 roadways over a two-year period, construction of accessible curb ramps and bulb-outs, storm drain repairs, traffic signal modifications, roadway re-striping and striping upgrades, etc.

Interested parties can download the Request for Proposals (RFP) at the Citrus Heights Planroom located at https://www.citrusheightsplanroom.com . Proposals shall be submitted in the manner specified in the RFP. The submittal deadline is 3:00pm, Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
