Summary

St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) seeks proposals from experienced legal advocacy firms to support SLDC’s vacancy reduction efforts. Selected Respondent(s) will provide direct legal services to residents and neighborhoods, include real estate litigation, and create education and advocacy opportunities for communities and partners. Respondent(s) may submit proposals for some or all of the outlined scope of work, and SLDC may award one or more contract(s) to meet the needs of the community.
Proposals should be submitted in PDF format by 4 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing to Dillon Holliam, Housing Strategist, holliamd@stlouis-mo.gov , no later than May 22, 2025. No contact with other SLDC employees about this RFP is permitted during the RFP process, unless otherwise authorized.
Unauthorized contact regarding this RFP may result in disqualification or rejection of a proposal.
SLDC will maintain a list of all firms or individuals requesting copies of the RFP and will ensure that copies of all questions and responses shall be made available in writing to each firm on such list, when requested. Answers will also be publicly posted at:
