Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Windsor Keywords: Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Consultant Services Bid Description: The Town of Woodstock is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) which is compliant with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and is specific to the Northern Borders Regional Commission Catalyst Grant program. The selected consultant will coordinate with the municipal staff, Woodstock’s consultant engineering firm(s), and The Clark Group (environmental consultants for NBRC) to complete the Environmental Assessment. Submission Instructions Submit proposals in PDF format via email to Eric Duffy at eduffy@townofwoodstock.org by 12:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered.
