Request for Proposals for minnesota statewide solar on public buildings programProposal
The City of St. Cloud (City) is soliciting
proposals
for the following services: design, construct, and install photovoltaic (PV) facilities at one or more City locations.
The successful respondent team will be an integral part of the City of St. Cloud's effort to continue to implement and expand the use of renewable power and continue its regional leadership in promoting sustainability.
The City strives to expand its use of renewable energy through the investment in technologies that meet the following goals:

Resiliency in operations
Submission Requirements
All requests for further information and clarification regarding this proposal must be submitted electronically to
Public Utilities email
by no later than 4:30 pm (CST) on October 17, 2025.
All Proposals are due to the City via email delivery by 4:30 PM (CST) on October 20, 2025. Electronic proposals are to be in PDF format. Clearly mark on the header of the Email – “RESPONSE TO CITY OF ST. CLOUD’S SOLAR RFP 2025”.
