Doc4759748609	RFP for Mechanical Projects Contract Show description Hide description RFP for Mechanical Projects Contract SMUD is seeking qualified Contractors to provide MECHANICAL PROJECTS CONTRACTING SERVICES. This is a master task contract that will include a variety of project types. The work may include, but is not limited to mechanical design, hydronic system design, control systems programming and construction services, encompassing HVAC, plumbing, piping, construction, and design support, along with miscellaneous work in support of SMUDâ€™s Facility Operations. Services are needed by approximately January 1, 2025, and the resulting contract(s) will run for five (5) years. SMUD intends to award one or more contract(s) to the highest rated Proposer as a result of this solicitation. The work to be performed under the resulting contract(s) shall be in the form of individual Purchase Orders. The aggregate amount of all tasks shall not exceed $11,000,000.
