The Authority seeks to obtain Legal Services from one or more qualified licensed firms with expertise in the preservation and repositioning of public housing units that may also include the creation of new units, utilizing Faircloth Authority and project-based vouchers on an as needed basis. The selected candidate(s) will have expertise in any applicable federal or state law particular to public housing authorities, federal housing programs, and other rules that govern the Providence Housing Authority business or any subsidiaries, instrumentalities or any affiliates.
