Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is AN EXTENSION of an earlier RFP invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Landscaping at Meadow Green Apartments, Prince Albert SK as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") and the attached documents. The drainage work on the south side of the property as described in the "Deliverables" is to be completed in 2025 with the majority of the work to be completed by July 15, 2026.
The scope of the project includes a site safety plan, all labour and materials required to perform the work listed on the site plan drawings and specifications, abandonment of the existing irrigation system, a one-year warranty and attendance at a pre-bid site visit.
A visit to the site is mandatory to the submission of a proposal. Interested proponents who have not had an opportunity to view the site can contact James Proproski at 306-230-0723 to arrange a viewing.
Submissions and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached documents noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions
