RFP for Kiefer Landfill Quarterly Emission Monitoring

The Sacramento Community Services, Department of Waste Management and Recycling (DWMR) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide surface emission and related monitoring services related to National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (Federal) and Methane Emissions from Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (California) regulations at the Kiefer Landfill, located at 12701 Kiefer Boulevard, Sloughhouse, California, 95683. DWMR anticipates quarterly monitoring will be performed on approximately 370 acres, plus landfill gas (LFG) control equipment, beginning in the first quarter of 2025.
