Coweta County is accepting proposals for Irrigation system installation for Wagon Wheel for Leroy H. Johnson Park Phase II. The park is located at 6646 Hwy 16 E, Senoia GA 30276.

Description:

Materials, equipment and installation of irrigation system for four (baseball fields) to be located within Phase II of Leroy H. Johnson Park.

All sealed proposals must be submitted no later than:
  • Date: April 21, 2025
  • Time: 12:00 p.m.

Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted and considered invalid.

Attn: Irrigation System for Phase II Leroy H. Johnson Park

Scope:

The contractor will provide and install the irrigation system for four (4) fields located within the wagon wheel of Phase II of Leroy Johnson Park. The contractor will provide shop drawings for approval prior to beginning any work on site. Coweta County may negotiate changes from shop drawings with the selected bidder.

The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project as proposed. Coweta County may negotiate changes with the successful bidder. An inability to comply with the negotiated changes shall deem the bidder unsuccessful and shall void any contractual agreements reached.

Site Safety:

The contractor will comply with industry standards and best practices as it pertains to safety for the duration of the project. The contractor will be responsible for the security of any materials and equipment for the duration of the project. The contractor will ensure that the project area is secure, and any hazards clearly identified when the contractor or designee is not present.

Site Visit:

All contractors who intend to submit a proposal must have a representative present at one mandatory site visit:

  • 10:30 a.m. on April 1, 2025
  • 10:30 a.m. on April 8, 2025

Note: Proposals received from a contractor not present will be rejected.
