RFP for Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Devices and Anti-Embolism…

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Provision of Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Devices and Anti-Embolism Stockings for the Province of Manitoba ,as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
This RFP is broken down into two (2) separate categories for award: Category 1, Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Devices (equipment contract) 2, Anti-Embolism Stockings (consumable contract). Shared Health reserves the right to award these categories separately to multiple proponents or one successful proponent for both.
Proponents must limit each bid response to only one (1) brand type per Category. If proponents offer more then one (1) brand per category, proponents may bid more then one (1) submission for each category. All or some of the top ranked proponent’s bid, per category, may or may not form part of the final agreement.
