ROAD SAFETY AUDIT
South Whitehall Township is seeking the services of a consultant (or team of consultants) qualified in the field of transportation planning, engineering, or related, to undertake the preparation of a Road Safety Audit for an approximately 1-mile section of Hamilton Boulevard (SR 222) between Lincoln Avenue and S. Cedar Crest Boulevard (SR 1019). This project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
All proposals should be submitted through PennBid - https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025. Paper proposals will not be accepted. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except to successful bidder at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
On April 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., South Whitehall Township will receive the sealed proposals and open them online, with results being made public via PennBid.
South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award to the vendor, who, in the judgment of the Township, makes the most advantageous proposal. The Township also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a proposal as permitted by law.
