This Addendum No. 1 is issued pursuant to Section 11 of the RFP, which provides that the information in the

RFP is subject to change by addendum, and is hereby made part of the RFP. It amends Section 3(C) of the

RFP as described in Section 1 below. Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms,

conditions, requirements, and deadlines of the RFP remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Respondents should acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their Statement of Qualifications cover letter,

as required by Section 5 of the RFP.

SECTION 1 — RFP AMENDMENT

We wish to amend the RFP as follows:

Section 3(C):

Begin Construction on March 1, 2027 (with a possibility of February 1, 2027 start).

Completion of works no later than September 30, 2028.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This Addendum No. 1 is incorporated into and made a part of the RFP for General Contractor Services for

Pasteur Court Apartments issued October 16, 2026. All other terms, conditions, and deadlines of the RFP

remain unchanged. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their Tab 1 Cover Letter.

(mark@diceccoarch.com), by the RFI deadline of 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
