RFP #25/26-17
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified
and experienced concessionaires (Respondents) to design, develop, manage, and operate food
& beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO).
All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-17 Food & Beverage and Retail Concessions shall be opened
at 2:00 PM [PDT], Monday, August 31, 2026.
Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government
eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must
register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue
to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with
all NGEM-participating government entities.
