Public Notice of Request for Proposals
For Food and Beverage Concession Services
Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Clifton is soliciting proposals through the competitive
contract process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq.
Sealed RFP responses will be received and opened by the Purchasing Agent on May 28, 2026 at
10:00 a.m. prevailing time, in City Hall Conference Room 101 (First Floor), located at 900 Clifton
Ave, Clifton, New Jersey 07013 for the following:
* Food and Beverage Concession Services at Anzaldi Park
The City of Clifton is prohibited from receiving bids on Mondays or any day directly following a
State or Federal holiday, according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 a and b.
OBTAININING SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Specifications or any additional information
may be obtained between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday at the Finance
Department (Second floor), 900 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07013 or via email request to

Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.S.A. 17:27 et seq.) A
copy of your NJ Business Registration Certificate shall be submitted with your proposal.
