Description
Project Description: The Housing Authority of the County of Chester is soliciting bids for Flooring Services under a term of one year. HACC shall have the option to renew the contract upon mutually agreed terms, for an additional year, up to a maximum of five years. It is the Housing Authority's desire to retain and employ a duly qualified and capable carpet/tile installer.
