Summary The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting proposals for a food and beverage concessionaire at Evergreen Golf Course.

The City is seeking a concessionaire (“Concessionaire”) for food and beverage services at Evergreen Golf Course located at 29614 Upper Bear Creek Rd, Evergreen, Colorado 80439. The Concessionaire will operate the Clubhouse restaurant (“Concession Site”). The Concessionaire will also operate at least one motorized food and beverage cart on the golf course. The City anticipates awarding one contract (“Concession License”) for a five to ten (5-10) year term.
