The City of Cambridge would like to invite you to submit a bid for RFP for Employee Benefits Broker for the City of Cambridge . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cambridgema , no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, March 13, 2025 .
The City of Cambridge is seeking proposals from qualified benefits brokers who have experience and expertise in working with large Massachusetts municipalities to provide comprehensive employee benefits brokerage and consulting services.
The selected broker will assist in the review and bid processes of employee benefits to ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance with regulations, satisfaction among employees and provide strategic guidance and support in benefits administration.
