Electricity Supply Procurement RFP

The County of Lackawanna is seeking proposals from qualified firms for electricity supply from reputable suppliers to meet the electricity requirements of all its accounts. The service shall begin on or after the expiration of its existing procurement contract in November/December 2025.

Questions should be emailed to David Bulzoni, Chief Financial Officer, at bulzonid@lackawannacounty.org no later than Oct. 20, 2025, by 3 p.m. Proposals must be delivered no later than 3 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2025.
