Project Description: Worcester Township, Montgomery County, PA, is requesting proposals for a qualified firm to provide document digitization services. The selected vendor will be responsible for converting a variety of documents of multiple sizes, ranging from as small as 3” x 8” to as large as 34” x 44”, into high-quality digital formats. There are roughly 500 linear feet of files, with indexes more than every half inch. Many documents have staples that will not need to be replaced after the scanning is complete. All original documents always remain Township property.
