ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS (RFCSP) -
JCSS Custodial Supplies and Support Program

The Jackson County School System (JCSS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and manage
custodial supplies, equipment services, and miscellaneous custodial support services. JCSS is seeking an
annual contract for all buildings on all the properties owned and maintained by JCSS.
Proposals will be received no later than Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing Eastern time.
Proposals may be hand delivered to JCSS during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through
Friday, excluding school system holidays or any unscheduled closing) at any time prior to the required
deadline or may be sent via the United States Postal Service or other carrier. JCSS is not responsible for
proposals not delivered or received for any reason and it shall be the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure
delivery and receipt prior to the required deadline. JCSS will not accept faxed or email proposals.
Inquiries, questions, and/or documents pertaining to the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals may be
obtained by contacting John Robinson at jdrobinson@jcss.us. The written requirements that will be provided
shall not be changed or superseded except by written addendum from JCSS. Failure to comply with the
written requirements of the RFP may result in rejection of the proposal by JCSS.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at East Jackson High School located at 1435 Hoods Mill Rd,
Commerce, GA 30529 at 9:00 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
JCSS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to
award the contract based on the best interest of JCSS.
