The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to hire a contractor to develop a slogan for Washington County that can be used as a marketing and branding tool. The contractor will also develop a communication plan to launch the slogan to county staff and the public. The contract for these services would conclude upon completion of the final project deliverables.
