RFP for Comprehensive Billing, Reimbursement, Collection, and Administrative Services for EMS

The City of Amesbury is seeking sealed proposals from third party agencies interested in providing comprehensive billing, reimbursement, collection, and administrative services for emergency medical services (EMS). Proposal documents containing instructions and requirements are available below.

All proposers are responsible for checking the city website for addenda.

Proposals must be submitted by mail or in-person delivery only to Administration and Finance, 62 Friend Street, Amesbury, MA 01913 no later than Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Any proposals received after this time will be returned unopened. Proposals submitted by email, fax, or any other method will not be accepted.
