Notes	The purpose of this project is for the construction of Texas Independence Park located at 7300 Rock Prairie Road. Texas Independence Park is a 66-acre tract of land, with an additional 64 acres greenways, to be utilized when fully built out. Amenities that will be constructed, including but not limited to are a destination playground, bike park, bike trails, picnic areas, parking lots, fishing pond, disc golf, walking trails, and drainage crossings. The selected firm will begin in a support role for preconstruction services alongside the design team. The selected CMAR will assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The CMAR firm will also be responsible for the construction means and methods. Estimated Budget $20,000,000.00
