RFP for Cleaning Services Reading Facilities

Project Description: The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting proposals for Cleaning Services to be performed at multiple SCTA facilities located in Reading, PA, in accordance with federal and state requirements and its own procurement policies. Proposals shall be for a contract of up to five (5) years, with each year being subject to an annual renewal.
Proposals will be received electronically via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) from qualified firms until 3:00 PM, prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Proposals shall be evaluated and the results will be posted via PennBid. One Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held beginning at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 16 at the BARTA Transportation Center, 701 Franklin Street, Reading, and ending at the Reading Operations Center, 1700 N 11th Street, Reading, to review the project requirements and tour the facilities. Please see the RFP for the details regarding the Pre-Proposal Meeting (see Section IV.G).
