RFP for Cleaning Services for Lancaster Facilities

Project Description: The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting proposals for Cleaning Services to be performed at multiple SCTA facilities located in Lancaster, PA, in accordance with federal and state requirements and its own procurement policies. Proposals shall be for a contract of up to five (5) years, with each year being subject to an annual renewal.
Proposals will be received electronically via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) from qualified firms until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Proposals shall be evaluated and the results will be posted via PennBid. One Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held beginning at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 15 at the Queen Street Station, 225 North Queen Street, Lancaster, and ending at the Lancaster Operations Center, 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, to review the project requirements and tour the facilities. Please see the RFP for the details regarding the Pre-Proposal Meeting (see Section IV.G).
