RFP for Cleaning Services

Advertisement for Request for Proposals

The City of Crowley is soliciting proposals for cleaning services for eight (8) City owned buildings to include, City Hall, Public Works Administration, Library, Recreation Center, Fire Training Facility, Crouch Event Center, Animal Control Shelter, and Police Department.

Two (2) printed copies of the proposal, along with an electronic version via USB or CD/DVD must be submitted by Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (CST).  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following information marked plainly on the front:

City of Crowley, Attn: City Secretary Proposal # 2024-CS001, 201 E. Main Street, Crowley, TX 76036

No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of the specifications will be made and no oral instructions will be given before the award of the contract. Request from interested respondents for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the specifications should be directed in writing to:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the below location.  Attendance at this conference is strongly recommended. This will include a walk-through of all facilities.

The deadline for receipt of written questions shall be 5:00 PM CST, Monday, November 25, 2024.

Any written information given to a respondent concerning the RFP will be furnished as an addendum to all respondents who are known to have submitted or requested an RFP packet and will be posted on the City website.

It is understood that the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any or all items covered in this RFP and to waive informalities on defects in proposals or to accept such proposals as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
