This property, consisting of the Yard Area, is part of the newly adopted Blue Springs Downtown Master Plan that was approved in March 2024. The site is bounded by railroad tracks on the east, Walnut Street to the south, 14th Street to the west, and Main Street to the north. There is also an ancillary property across 14th Street to the west that is included. In total, the project covers approximately 3.6 acres.
