NOTICE TO POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS

Sealed Proposals are to be delivered no later than 11:00A M prevailing time on November 25, 2025, to the Finance

Office, located on the 2nd Floor of 900 Clifton Ave, Clifton, County of Passaic, New Jersey 07013. The Purchasing Agent

will publicly open the responses in the Purchasing Office beginning at 11:00 AM, November 25,2025.

The City of Clifton is prohibited from opening bids/RFP on Mondays or any day directly following a State or

Federal holiday, according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4(a) and 40A:11-23 et seq. No proposals shall be accepted by the City of

Clifton after the above designated date and time, and the City of Clifton will not assume responsibility for bids to be

delivered by mail, private carrier service, delivery service, nor any other conveyance.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq, the City of Clifton is soliciting a Fair and Open Proposal for As Mentioned

in above Title during calendar year 2025-2026. Proposals shall be endorsed “As Mentioned in above Title” Each proposal

must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the proposer, and must be addressed and delivered

to the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing Attn: Amisha J. Jariwala, Purchasing Agent. Please submit any questions in

writing to ajariwala@cliftonnj.org.

If applicable, all addenda will be issued on the website at www.cliftonnj.org. Therefore, all interested respondents

should check the website from now through date due. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of

all addenda related to this procurement effort.

The City of Clifton is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective respondents

who have obtained specifications directly from the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, or to those who have put the

City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, on notice as having received the specification.

Required respondent information can be found in the specification documents. This Proposal is solicited through

fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

Bidders shall comply with the requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, c.127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
