RFP for BAHFA Doorways Housing Portal and Doorway Partners Portal Support Services

Project Description: Please take notice of the above-titled contract opportunity. The Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (“BAHFA”), invites your firm to submit a proposal for Doorways Housing Portal and Doorway Partners Portal Support Services. The Doorway Housing Portal (DHP) needs a dedicated user support service to help housing seekers find, apply, and prepare for placement in affordable housing on DHP. Through this RFP, BAHFA seeks a service period of up to two years. The provision of these services should phase in, with a low amount of support needed at the beginning of the service period, which will ramp up over time, as user uptake increases.
