Description
Project Description: The Municipality of Norristown (Municipality), in partnership with the Norristown Chamber of Commerce (Chamber), is seeking proposals from independent contractors to implement the Clean and Safe Program in designated business areas of Norristown, Pennsylvania. Through a team of dedicated ambassadors, the Clean and Safe Program enhances cleanliness, safety, and hospitality in Norristown, while also bolstering economic development and business retention by fostering a more vibrant and welcoming commercial environment. The Chamber is administering this program as a subrecipient under a formal agreement with the Municipality, with oversight from the Municipality to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations.
