RFP# 2875 Food & Beverages At The Civic Center

  The County of Marin is seeking proposals to contract for catering and coffee services for meetings and events held by County Departments located inside the Marin Civic Center.  As part of this agreement the vendor(s) may also be contracted to provide catering and coffee services to County Departments at other County locations. The County plans to make the awarded vendor(s) the preferred vendor(s) for all catering and coffee services purchased by County Departments for meetings and events at the Civic Center. All food and beverages must be prepared, portioned and packaged off-site at a permitted commissary. The County is accepting proposals for vendors interested in providing one or more of the following:

  • Provide catering and coffee services for meetings and events held by County Departments
    located inside the Marin County Civic Center as described in this solicitation. As part of this
    agreement, the vendor(s) may also be contracted to provide catering and coffee services to
    County Departments at other County office locations.
  • Provide and supply prepared and pre-packaged meals via refrigerated vending machine
    concessions inside the Civic Center Cafeteria as described in this solicitation.
  • Operate a Compact Mobile Food “Coffee Cart/Kiosk” inside the Civic Center Cafeteria for
    coffee, beverage and snack concessions as described in this solicitation.
    

  All food and beverages must be prepared, portioned and packaged off-site at a permitted
  commissary.
