RFP #25/26-17 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified and experienced concessionaires (Respondents) to design, develop, manage, and operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-17 Food & Beverage and Retail Concessions shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Monday, August 31, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications.
