The Florida Airport Managers Association, Inc. dba Florida Airports Council (FAC), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants or firms to develop two separate Strategic Plans—one for FAC and one for its affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, the Florida Airports Council Education Foundation—as well as corresponding Programs of Work for each plan. These deliverables will serve as operational blueprints for each organization over the next 3 to 5 years.
