RFP - Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair services.  Interested contractors must submit proposals.

Proposals are due to Heidi Blasingame, Procurement Coordinator, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4666_Rfp___Fleet_Maintenance_And_Repair_Services until Monday, February 10, 2025, at 2:00:00 p.m., local time. Any Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.  It is each Proposer’s responsibility when submitting its Proposal electronically via Bid Locker, to ensure timely delivery by submitting its Proposal sufficiently in advance of the deadline. Before Proposers can submit their Proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Clean Water Services (District) will not accept Proposals by facsimile or email.  Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.

Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
