The County of Marin, California (County) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced entities (Proposer) interested in leasing land (Subject Property) at the Marin County (County) Airport at Gnoss Field (Airport) located outside the City of Novato for engaging in commercial aeronautical activities. More specifically, the County is seeking interest from parties interested in managing, operating, and marketing the fixed base operation (FBO) products, services, and facilities at the Airport.
